And when you combine it with what we did for community banking, for Main street, community banks across the country, it's a real win. Who Provides the capital to build houses in this country. 6 out of 10 home loans in this nation are loaned to a builder or to a couple building a house from a bank under $10 billion. Our community banks make 60% of the home construction loans in this country.
