Is that wise public policy? The best I know there are no cities in Arizona that deal with immigration issues unless it's based on some sort of criminal conduct. If you section out a piece of your community and only enforce certain laws against those persons, they will not be good witnesses. They will not be crime victims. This is what I'm getting at.
