Is that wise public policy? The best I know there are no cities in Arizona that deal with immigration issues unless it's based on some sort of criminal conduct. If you section out a piece of your community and only enforce certain laws against those persons, they will not be good witnesses. They will not be crime victims. This is what I'm getting at. You will have, you will have race on race crime, or at least ethnicity on ethnicity crime that goes unreported. (08:38–08:49)
