Well, as the shift from rural America to suburban America to the inner cities has continued to accelerate, There are fewer and fewer members of Congress who have congressional districts that are truly rural. I have part of the suburbs of Oklahoma City, part of the suburbs of Tulsa. But I'm fortunate enough. My biggest community is Stillwater, home of Oklahoma State University. (04:37–04:43)
