We want every leader to be able to assume the role two steps above them because if the colonel dies, the major needs to step in. If the major dies, the captain needs to step in and do that job. And so We really empower a sort of a bottom-up leadership model in the military. that again, most people don't understand. But also in the special operations community, as a Green Beret on a Special Forces team, we are the sort of the soldier diplomats. (11:53–12:01)
