Well, it's because it's about power for them. And so the state legislature stepped up and said, no, only American citizens can give money to issue campaigns. That was challenged in court. The first court struck it down. However, on appeal now it has been upheld. And so of course my job as the Secretary of State, among many other things, is to enforce campaign finance rules in Ohio.
