The fact is, sometimes tough things come down from Washington. We need to make sure Ohio businesses know about it so that they're prepared to implement these difficult changes that come with what's called The Corporate Transparency Act is a burdensome piece of legislation passed by the federal government. And really though it's excessive, we want Ohio business owners to know what they need to do to comply with the law. It's important that we share with our members how they can comply with the law.
