It's important to tour the state, just like I've been doing for the last five years and on the road now, and bring in key stakeholders, some whose voices may not always reflect it in the budget process. I think it's important as well to make sure that there are liaisons and ambassadors to the governor's office to make sure that we're making this as inclusive, as inclusive as a process as we can.
