For a legislature that is highly dysfunctional, rarely do we have this much bipartisan support for legislation. For one guy, Robin Voss, to be blocking these bills solely because he is steadfast on not expanding welfare, it's absolutely absurd. These social insurance programs that would provide vital health care for new moms, babies and families, it's, it's disgusting. The authoritarian power grab of Robin Voss is unacceptable.
