I, as the. When I was auditor general, I investigated all of our drug rehabilitation programs to find out what works and what doesn't. We now have a historic opioid settlement. I want to use that experience to drive those dollars into the programs that work and make sure we're not wasting money on the programs that don't work so that we can actually put a dent in addiction.
