Certainly gun violence, particularly in some of our more urban areas, is a problem, but I want to start off with what I think is an understated part of gun violence in Pennsylvania. It is. Two thirds of all deaths via firearm in this state are the result of suicide. That is basically an unreported tragedy every single day. That tells me we need to do much better on mental health in this state. (18:28–18:34)
