And it was also in schools. I know a lot of people talk about my work on the charter schools, but it was also tough on traditional public schools as well. Penn Hill School District out in Pittsburgh, Wooden Hills School District out in Pittsburgh, and even Hammerway at the Philadelphia School district for having $40,000 in unused textbooks in their basement while at the same time looking to raise taxes.
