So I thought Auditor General was the perfect background for me, which was I had this reform background, helping rewrite our state open records law, also putting my expenses online. I had the lowest expenses of any legislator in the state. but also this legal and policy experience, because one of the things I campaigned on was it wasn't just just about making sure the money was spent legally, but also making sure was spent effectively.
