Because you can sort of say horrible things about other human beings and can't get away with saying anything bad about our dogs, nor should we. But no, I did an audit of the dog law in 2013 and we found that the Department of Ag was not enforcing some of these new laws. that were done to crack down in the puppy mills, particularly in Lancaster county and some of these other areas.
