We rewrote the state open records law. I became the first legislator to post my expenses online. Boy, that made me popular inside the Capitol. I authored the Alternative Energy Investment Act. So all the solar panels that you see going up across Pennsylvania today, that started with my legislation in 2008. that was signed into law by the governor at that point. And also it was my legislation eventually that became known as texting while driving ban to try to make our roadways safer. (16:05–16:15)
