In 2017, I came out with a report calling for the regulation and taxation of cannabis, otherwise known as marijuana. I believe it would be smart policy and smart safety for our communities to legalize it. By legalizing it, you would actually make it hard, harder for children to get it. You'd also make sure that the product is safer. You'd also make sure that law enforcement is involved in the drafting of it. (47:57–48:01)
