When you look at my father and how quickly he cleaned up Washington, D.C. he cleaned it up in 12 days. They arrested 4,300 people. And Washington D.C. no longer has any crime. Murder's gone. Everything gone. Carjacking's gone. I would love to see London take a little bit of that playbook.
