It's not difficult to recruit prosecutors and DCI agents for our Department of Justice. That's the crown jewel of where people want to go. We have a challenge recruiting prosecutors, assistant district attorneys across Wisconsin because of the low starting pay. And we rely on those DCI agents for arsons, homicide, child sexual assaults.
