And then the future retirements that we're going to see during this next budget. And the budget doesn't even include enough training academy classes to fill these positions. And we're seeing Milwaukee on pace for its third straight murder record. That doesn't even take into account the other violent crime, the vehicle thefts, the reckless driving.
