How will you fight for young people to ensure that we can really own a home in the state of housing? Yeah. So Former senator Bob Hertzberg has legislation that he is working on that's going to be on the ballot in November, which will provide more down payment assistance for first time homebuyers and lower the threshold and the barriers of entry. Right now what we're finding is that young people saddled with so much student loan debt and not able to meet oftentimes, which is a 20% down payment requirement, that the pathway is so far out of reach.
