Eric, I've been in a lot of different business enterprises, and as I mentioned, I have my real estate development company here and in Madison. But we do projects all over the state of Wisconsin. We have a big project finishing up in Racine, 210 nice apartment units. We've got another big project starting down in Janesville. Many of the properties here in downtown Madison, I either have turned around, bought and renovated, or just full new developments, ground up developments. (06:11–06:21)
