And man, does this picture say at all about America today? Almost half of all spending is driven by the top 10% of America today. Look at that graph. In 1995, about 36% of spending was driven by the top 10%. Half of it is now driven by that 10%. I saw this graph real quickly when I was wrapping up and this just speaks volume.
