Because I said a lot of these companies finance themselves on a three to five to seven year basis. Well, guess what, you got a big maturity wave over the next three years. So Companies that were financing themselves at 3, 4% are going to be jumping up by, you know, 100, 200, 300 basis points. And here's another issue that's starting to pop. Corporate bankruptcies, they're continuing to increase. This is by year. So every year it's getting worse. You know, there was Almost nothing in 21 and 22. (01:38–01:48)
