This place sat dormant since 1984. Think about that. I was a rookie cop back then in Manhattan, just stepped from city Hall. We're tearing down a deteriorating city office building and turning it into over a thousand new homes. And in the Bronx, we're building a new library at the Grand Concourse and adding in more homes alongside it. And we're just getting started because Today we're adding two more projects to that list.
