And what you're finding in addition to that, We were hemorrhaging cops that were going to different municipalities that were paying them better. And so I knew I had to get in and sat down with the president of the union, Pat lynch at the time and say I have to stop the hemorrhaging of my offices because they're not getting salaries that are comparable.
