When we first came into office and we stated that we were not going to allow people to sleep on our streets, we did just that. I don't want to hear all that noise. People are not sleeping on our streets. And We were able to move our city from encampments on the sidewalks, on the highways, in our train station. You don't see that anymore in this city.
