Fordham Landing south will be built on this long, standing up, underused site here and so many underused sites that we have been transforming throughout this entire city. And This one will include mixed use buildings, a waterfront public access area and New access to the Metro north transit hub. Building housing by transit hubs is crucial because it builds new communities in the process. It's just really exciting when you think about it.
