And I want to focus on how do we go after those historic problems that prevented communities in general from moving forward. But black and brown communities, there's no reason to. The reading and writing scores are continuously being at the level they are with the amount of money we're spending on our children and bureaucracy. Special interest is preventing cities from running better. And I'm going to have the opportunity to go based on what's the best way to run cities. And I'm excited about doing that. (04:34–04:46)
