Once we got the authority to close these illegal smoke shop, we had to correct the problem that the previous governor put in place. We had to fix what he broke. The law has so many loopholes and we find us constantly have to fix what impacts our city. That comes out of just the idealism of making laws and not the realism of enforcing laws on the ground.
