Because Public safety does not stop at the lobby of a hotel. It continues into every room, every ballroom, every hall, every corridor. And that's what this bill is about. It's about hotel front desk staff at all hotels and security guards at large. We're training employees on signs of human trafficking and giving out panic buttons. (03:35–03:47)
