I think we're up to around $18 billion or higher and number of procurement contracts that small businesses have been able to benefit from. Women and minority owned businesses. And when you are renting a space, it is whatever the market can bear. And so we have no authority to determine what a private landlord is going to rent to, to make sure that they have a good business. (21:00–21:15)
