Many of them are working two and three jobs. But it's not enough where they are to give them full coverage health care. So They've got to rely on programs like Medicaid in order to be able to stay in those jobs and to take care of themselves and their kids. When somebody gets sick, you lose that now you've got more people who are back in the hospitals for uncompensated care and more to the point, not getting the health care they need when they need it.
