No. No. Funding for the Department of Homeland Security and ICE should be stripped out from that package and voted on as a separate standalone bill. Because Congress needs to put some serious conditions on any money that ICE gets, including money approved earlier than that they are still spending. It is time to hit the brakes. (01:06–01:16)
