I have done more border legislation than any member of Congress, Democrat or Republican, in the state of Michigan, because no one's proud of what's going on at the southern border. What's going on at the southern border is a symptom of a broken immigration system. It's not working for anybody, not for people at the border, not for immigrants, not for our businesses who desperately need labor. It's not working for anybody. For me, it is. (22:35–22:40)
