And the Michigan State Police, a different group of police officers, would do the independent investigation. Not for ice. They have no requirement to do an independent investigation. And it's been hard in most cases to actually get that. The accountability is fundamentally different between a police officer in your community and between ICE in Minneapolis and other cities.
