They provide things like chemicals, precursor chemicals to the Iranians. They have diplomatic relationships and we're watching that relationship very closely on the Russian side. There's lots of press reporting out there of The Russians providing information on the location of U.S. forces, on the movement of our ships and other things. Certainly they have a long standing relationship with the Iranians as well, particularly on the issue of drones and on drone manufacturing. (03:11–03:19)
