So it's roundly understood to be a safe way to vote. So the President is now trying to change the way people vote to again have the outcome favor him and his party. So The Postal Service is now putting out a new rule saying that they have to receive the voting rolls from, for instance, the state of Michigan and check those voting rolls against who votes absentee before they'll deliver those ballots.
