Well, now we know that the administration has actually taken significant steps to set up a center. The FBI is now set up a center with 10 different agencies that is looking specifically at domestic terrorism in the United States. This concerns me greatly. My guess is at least some of those 10 agencies are the intelligence community, the CIA, others, NSA that listen to phones. (07:21–07:31)
