… it's around $4 a gallon, you're seeing insider traders, people with early access, early knowledge, making billions of dollars of their own profit. So what can be done about this? The Department of Justice has a responsibility to go after these kinds of insider trading, and they have asked the Southern District of New York to go after this. In particular, they handle financial crimes. The Commodities Future Trading Commission has a responsibility to also go after insider trading.
