We're the only state in the country that does not allow partnerships between federal and local and state law enforcement. That is to the detriment of the safety of everyday law abiding New Yorkers. So whereas Kathy Hochul signed that executive order on her first day in office, I would rescind that executive order on day one and put New Yorkers first. (15:29–15:36)
