I draw a distinction by the doj, the fact that they refuse to prosecute violent rioters during BLM and yet they have an unequal set of rules and go after nonviolent individuals on January 6th. CNN continues to struggle because you continue to fail to understand the American people's frustration with this two tiered set of judg justice in this country. I don't think that has to do with calling the criminal defense. It has to do with a lot more than that. But that's one aspect. Congresswoman Elise, thanks for your time tonight. (11:46–11:55)
