But last month The Supreme Court delivered a devastating ruling in the case. The far right justices greenlit the Trump administration's unlawful racist termination for TPS for Haiti and for Syria. The court failed a test of morality. It slammed the doors of justice in the face of more than a million TPS holders, including 45,000 Haitian TPS holders in Massachusetts. (01:59–02:15)
