It's the Medicare and Medicaid funding. And if those hospitals don't have that funding, it will collapse. And in most instances, It's going to be the hospitals that are in the inner city or the hospitals that are in the most rural parts of the country who are going to absolutely pay the price with the loss of their hospital. and with that, all of the workers as well, losing their jobs. And with that, the community does not have the support that comes from the hospital, all those workers, because the hospital, in most instances is the largest employer in the community. (08:35–08:48)
