What that case was, it was Massachusetts versus the epa. We sued from Massachusetts. We said that the fossil fuel industry was endangering the coastline of Massachusetts. That case went to the Supreme Court. And In April of 2007, the Supreme Court ruled that the EPA had to make an endangerment finding. the danger that was affecting the Massachusetts coastline and our whole country.
