That is the day when Establishment benefits stop being added to the EBT cards for more than 41 million Americans, including 1.1 million people in the state of Massachusetts. We're a population of 7 million people. 1.1 million of them tomorrow will begin to be harmed in terms of their ability to provide for their families, and it is because the Republicans refuse to act.
