I've introduced that legislation two years ago to ensure that there is 100% full disclosure of all of the impacts on the environment which AI will have. Data centers are already here. And I absolutely believe that the Cities, states, towns have a right to create moratoriums if they want in order to protect against the most harmful impacts of this technology. So it'd be a city by city kind of thing. Yeah, I believe that, that every city, every town across our country, every state, they should have the right to be able to put a ban in place because they are already here. (02:38–02:55)
