Well, Governor Rendell and I have actually had several conversations with legislative leaders and they sound like they're pretty positive about it, don't they, Governor? They do. The local officials all want it and even in Harrisburg, the legislature all wants it. It's just can they get it in the right posture for them to all agree on it? It's frustrating because they could do this if they did it this week. Still, the problem is every time they open an election law that different legislators have different opinions and have other things they want to amend it with. (18:59–19:06)
