There were, I think, a lot of people who felt like this took too long to get here. Again, this is not a mandate just for your viewers that don't maybe understand the whole situation. Right now. The EPA, your federal government, is telling you that even if you want to buy 15% ethanol at the pump during the summer, you are prohibited from doing so. And the people who run the gas station are prohibited from having it for sale. It's an insanely outdated regulation. I'm not even sure what real role it plays in the marketplace. (17:44–17:55)
