And so the bills before you today are really an attempt, particularly the bill that I'm talking about is an attempt to get at both of those issues with two things. Number one, Strengthening the information sharing practices between the state medical boards and IHS so we can figure out who the bad actors are and make sure we don't hire them. And then, number two, requiring IHS to gather information on medical license violations so they can consider that before hiring somebody to work at an IHS facility. (03:00–03:10)
