So how do you square those two things? Yeah. I don't agree that Republican objective was to cut spending. That is clearly true on the Fiscal Responsibility act as a whole. But Republicans have tried to tell everybody we don't like work requirements because they save money. We like work requirements because they're proven to work. They move people out of pathway, out of poverty, and they help grow this economy. (04:42–04:51)
