It's a problem for the Dakota and Lakota people throughout the nine reservations, the nine tribes of South Dakota, and of course Congress. We are not making good on our trust and treaty obligations related to housing. And that is one reason that I joined with Senator Thune to introduce our Tribal Trust Land Home Ownership Act.
